In order to use the My Fitness Kitchn website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to the service, support and accounts, including email and phone calls.
Any information collected by My Fitness Kitchn is collected via correspondence from you. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, and fax or directly through our website and through interaction with the My Fitness Kitchn team.
Use of Collected Information
Any details collected from a My Fitness Kitchn customer is required in order to provide you with our products and services, including a high level of customer service.
Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our team development and training.
Storage of Collected Information
The security of your personal information is important to us.
When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them onto Paystream to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Access to Collected Information
If your personal identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing us at info@myfitnesskitchn.com.au.
All fees stated for meals are inclusive of GST only. Accounts for paid orders are classed as a once-off transaction between the Account holder and My Fitness Kitchn.
Full meal payment must be made by the Account holder via Paystream, the company responsible for facilitating the direct debit payment system on behalf of My Fitness Kitchn in accordance with the My Fitness Kitchn terms and conditions or via PayPal Australia.
The Customer must have sufficient funds or credit available at the time of each transaction. Transactions for meal payments are one off for the order made.
If you do not have sufficient funds available at the time of the transaction the menu will not be submitted for the next scheduled delivery day.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your payment details (if you have provided the correct email address).
Meal Orders
Meal orders placed and paid for, are for one (1) order only and do not rollover to the following week unless a subscription plan is selected upon completion of order.
When you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personal identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and ccv).
We use this information for billing purposes and order clarification. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Delivery Policy
Delivery areas are within Sydney, Blue Mountains, Wollongong, ACT, Newcastle and Central Coast only. You cannot alter your set delivery day for your area and must adhere to the company delivery schedule.
My Fitness Kitchn cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time.
My Fitness Kitchn accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions. My Fitness Kitchn will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.
My Fitness Kitchn will not replace or provide a refund for any meals ordered by the customer by mistake. Customers must notify My Fitness Kitchn if they have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal within 24 hours of delivery by phone on 1300 411 020. Missing meal items will be either refunded to the customer by the same payment method used initially or a coupon code will be created to be used with the customer’s next order.
Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement meal, refund or credit.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS & QUESTIONS DURING CHECKOUT
Upon entering your postcode and selecting a delivery day when completing your order, please also provide any additional delivery instructions as to where at the home property you would like your My Fitness Kitchn meals dropped off. For example, would you like your meals dropped off at the front door, or somewhere else on the premises, if possible, etc.
