Where do you deliver to?

 

My Fitness Kitchn deliver fresh premade fitness meals to Sydney, Blue Mountains, Wollongong, ACT, Newcastle and Central Coast.

 

Areas in Sydney we deliver to include the Eastern suburbs, Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Chatswood, Inner West, Parramatta, Canterbury, Penrith, Blacktown, Northern suburbs, Hills district, Macarthur and South Western Sydney.  Please check our online post code checker or contact us on 1300 411 020 to find out if we deliver to your area.

 

We are looking into expanding to other states within Australia in the near future so stay tuned!

 

When do I need to place my order by and when will I receive it?

 

Please view the table below which outlines order cut off times and delivery days for locations.

 


 

What time can I expect my order to arrive?

 

We will SMS you the morning of the delivery day with an approximate time of when your order will arrive.

 

We will SMS you again when your order has been delivered with a photo of the delivery location and a time stamp.

 

We aim to deliver orders within the specified delivery window. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, route optimisation, weather, or operational requirements.

 

Will I need to be home to receive my order?

 

You don’t need to be home to receive your order. If no one is home, your order will be left in a thermal insulated box with ice packs at your front door step or in a secured location according to your delivery instructions.

 

If no one is home, how long can my meals stay cool outside when delivered?

 

Our thermal insulated boxes can keep food cool for up to 8 hours. We will notify you by SMS when your order has been delivered. To prevent your fitness ready meals from spoiling, please refrigerate them immediately when received.

 

Can I still receive deliveries if I live in a secured apartment?

 

Yes, you can. Where possible, drivers may attempt to buzz or contact you for access to your building. For early morning deliveries occurring before 7:00am, drivers will not knock or buzz apartments unless it has specifically been noted in your delivery instructions that this is acceptable.

 

It is highly advisable that you provide clear instructions on where the order may be safely left if no one is available, particularly for early morning deliveries where the driver may need to leave the order unattended. Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate delivery access is available.

 

Are the insulated boxes and ice packs recyclable?

 

Yes, the insulated box and ice packs are recyclable.

 

The box is cardboard and can be recycled by placing it in your yellow curbside bin.

 

The thermal liners that keep your food cool can be deposited at soft plastic collection points.

 

Our ice packs can be reused up to five times for your personal use. For disposal, they are water-soluble which can be cut open and poured into a sink. The plastic casing can be recycled at soft plastic collection points.

 

Do you collect our used boxes?

 

As our boxes are recyclable, we don’t provide a box collection service.

 

Can I pick up my order directly from My Fitness Kitchn?

 

Yes, you can pick up from our facility located in Marrickville. Please contact us on 1300 411 020 or email info@myfitnesskitchn.com.au to make arrangements for picking up your order.
